EPIOM is physician-owned and surgeon-directed. We have been the premier neuromonitoring service in the San Antonio area for almost two decades, and are now extending our exceptional services nation-wide.


EPIOM's responsibility is to provide around the clock highly specialized electrophysiological modalities to maintain brain, central and peripheral nervous system integrity during complex neurological procedures. We continue to grow, and strive to provide superior neuromonitoring services at competitive prices.
